Originally from Hawaii, Chaz moved to San Antonio when his Air Force family was stationed at Brooks AFB and quickly grew to love the city’s culture and community. A former NCAA All-American basketball player, he attended the U.S. Military Academy at West Point before completing his education at Abilene Christian University. Today, he enjoys life in the Hill Country with his wife and five children, staying active outdoors, coaching youth sports, and exploring new restaurants.
