Originally from the Dallas area, Julia holds a degree in Advertising and Psychology from Southern Methodist University. Her background gives her a unique ability to understand her clients’ needs on a deeper level—bringing empathy, clarity, and thoughtful communication into every transaction. She also brings years of account management experience from the advertising world, where she led national brand campaigns with precision and heart.

Julia holds designations as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute (GRI), and Military Relocation Professional (MRP). Whether helping first-time buyers, relocating military families, or long-time homeowners, she tailors each experience with strategy, service, and soul.

Julia loves how her work naturally turns clients into friends. She's often invited to dinner, holiday gatherings, and housewarmings—a true testament to the meaningful relationships she builds. She’s passionate about home staging and design, skilled at making a property stand out and leave a lasting impression.

Based in North Central San Antonio, Julia also specializes in the surrounding Hill Country, including Spring Branch, Bulverde, and the Canyon Lake area. Her connection to the community runs deep—she’s the proud mom of two teenagers, one on the Pieper High School dance team and the other active in orchestra and competitive ice skating. She serves as VP of the Pieper HS Orchestra Booster Club and leads a Walk to End Alzheimer’s team in honor of her mother, raising awareness and funds to help find a cure. Julia enjoys life with her Goldendoodle, Kramer and curious cats who keep things playful and cozy. A spiritual person who embraces abundance and alignment, she works hard to live as her Highest Self. She believes in the power of positivity, high vibration, and authentic connection—not just in real estate, but in life.
