Robyn Scharlach Portrait

With over 20 years of real estate experience, Robyn Scharlach brings a wealth of knowledge, a keen eye for market trends, and a heart for serving others. Specializing in residential homes, lots, and small acreage properties throughout the Texas Hill Country—including San Antonio, Spring Branch, New Braunfels, Boerne, and Canyon Lake—Robyn is known for her strategic marketing, strong negotiation skills, and warm, client-first approach.

Robyn first moved to Central Texas in 1989 to attend the University of Texas and instantly fell in love with the area’s charm and natural beauty. Though career moves took her and her husband away for a time, they returned as soon as life allowed—and have never looked back. This deep personal connection to the region gives Robyn a unique passion for helping others call it home.

Whether working with first-time buyers, seasoned investors, or sellers looking to maximize their return, Robyn is passionate about helping clients navigate every step of the real estate journey. She understands that buying or selling a home is one of life’s biggest decisions and approaches each transaction with the care and professionalism it deserves.
Her business is built largely on referrals and repeat clients—a testament to the lasting relationships she forms and the results she delivers.

When she’s not serving clients, you’ll find Robyn enjoying the Hill Country lifestyle, staying active in her community, doing pilates, playing pickleball, and hiking with husband and her dogs. Robyn is continually seeking new ways to grow spiritually, personally, and professionally. If you are thinking of making a move, Robyn would welcome the opportunity to earn your trust and your business.
